Snow AI

Sales coaching, from Snow AI

Hear the objection. Practise the answer.

Build a sales course of videos, reading, live sessions and practice. Your learners answer objections and get every answer scored, then role-play against a client you describe. When one conversation is coming up, Pitch helps with that too.

The clients, products and conversations on this page are invented.

Who it’s for

One place to teach selling, and to practise it.

The studio

For the person who teaches

Build a course of lessons in the order you teach them, publish them when they are ready, enrol learners by email, and read every practice answer with its score.

Learn

For the people learning

Work through the lessons in order and mark each one done. Answer objections and have every answer reviewed, then role-play against the client your teacher describes.

One conversation

For the call that is coming up

Three ways to answer an objection, a review of a call transcript, a client to practise on, or a Model scenario turned into plain talking points.

5kinds of lesson: video, text, live, quiz and practice
3ways to answer every objection, with what to avoid
100points: every practice answer is scored out of 100
10objections a practice lesson can hold
2sets of rules, collections and health insurance, checked twice

What Pitch does

Courses and practice, then help with the real call.

The studio

Build a course in the order you teach it.

A course is a list of lessons. Add them, move them up and down, and publish each one when it is ready. A draft stays out of your learners’ sight.

  • Five kinds of lesson: a recorded video, a text, a live session on Webinar, a quiz on Forms, or practice
  • Enrol learners by the email they sign in with, and remove them the same way
  • The latest practice answers, with their scores, on the course page

Practice

Every answer reviewed, and scored.

A learner picks one of the lesson’s objections and types what they would say. Pitch reviews it the way a coach would, and the answer and its score are saved for the teacher.

  • A score out of 100, what worked, what to say instead, and what to do next time
  • Three ways a coach might answer the same objection, and what to avoid
  • The learner’s last scores on each practice lesson

The client is always invented, and the page says so beside the box: an answer is saved for the teacher, so nobody types a real client’s details.

Role-play

A client to practise on, who pushes back.

The teacher describes the client: their role and their mood. The client opens the conversation, raises the lesson’s objections, and after each turn the learner gets one coaching tip.

  • The client the teacher wrote, not a generic script
  • A coaching tip after every turn, and “Start again” whenever
  • Kept only in the learner’s browser tab and sent turn by turn. Pitch stores none of it

Rules

Collections and health insurance, kept to the rules.

A course can carry rules, and its practice and role-play keep to them. Pitch states the rules when it asks, then checks every line that comes back. A line that breaks them is never shown.

  • Collections, within the FDCPA and Regulation F: no threats, no deadlines that are not real, no other amount, no one but the consumer, the disclosure kept, the right to dispute intact
  • Health insurance: never a promise of coverage, approval or eligibility, and never a price that is not on the quote
  • For collections, a reviewed call without the disclosure gets “give the disclosure early in the call” first

Pitch is coaching. It is not legal advice.

One conversation

Help with the call in front of you.

Pitch is also a capability the family’s other apps call when one conversation needs help: answering an objection, reviewing a call, practising with a client, or putting a Model scenario into plain words.

  • A call transcript reviewed: a score, what went well, the objections missed with a better line, and next steps
  • A Model comparison turned into a headline, talking points and questions to ask. Every figure is Model’s, quoted exactly; Pitch never works one out
  • Nothing sent is stored or logged

Try it

Answer it, play it, get it reviewed.

Three things a learner does in Pitch. These answers were written once and saved, so nothing here is generated while you watch.

Three ways to answerGeneral selling

Ask what it costs now
That makes sense. When a key goes missing today, what does it take to sort out? Most offices tell me it is an afternoon and a locksmith.
It moves the comparison from the price of the app to the cost of the problem, in their own words.
Keep what works
Keep the spreadsheet for the records you like. Keyring only takes over the check-in and check-out, so nobody has to remember to update a row.
It lowers the risk of change: they are not giving anything up to try it.
Make it small
Would it help to try it on one building for a month? If it does not save time there, you have lost nothing.
A small, reversible first step is easier to say yes to than a whole-office decision.
Avoid
  • Arguing that the spreadsheet is bad: it is theirs, and it works for them.
  • Dropping the price before you know what the problem costs them.

Pitch’s own worked example, for Keyring, an invented app for tracking keys and lockboxes.

Invented: the products, clients and conversations are nobody’s.

What’s included

Two ways to have Pitch. Everything in both.

On its own, or inside the Snow AI account you already have. Nothing in Pitch is held back for a higher tier.

Pitch on its own

For a team that only needs sales coaching. Its own page, its own plan, the Snow AI sign-in.

Pricing is being setNo figure until it’s final
  • Courses with all five kinds of lesson, and learners by email
  • Practice answers reviewed and scored, and role-play
  • Collections and health insurance rules
See Snow AI plans
For Snow AI customers

Pitch inside your Snow AI account

Add it to the account you use for other Snow AI apps. Anything your account already has is not charged again.

Pricing is being setNo figure until it’s final
  • Everything in Pitch on its own
  • Ask shared with every app on the account, its use pooled
  • Lessons that open your own Webinar talks and Forms quizzes
See Snow AI plans

What having it in the family saves. Pitch on its own includes the AI it coaches with. Inside a Snow AI account, Ask, the sign-in, Webinar and Forms are ones the account may already have, and none of them is paid for a second time. The figures will be set out here, side by side, once pricing is final.

Where Pitch stops
Numbers: Model works them outMarketing to many: that is StoryHosting the live talk: WebinarHolding the quiz: Forms

A Snow AI customer never pays for the same thing twice. If your account already has a capability through another Snow AI product, Pitch uses it and doesn’t charge for it again.

Part of Snow AI

Pitch does the words. The family does the rest.

Pitch is one app in the Snow AI family, on the same sign-in. It links to the apps that host, hold and count, and does not copy them.

Ask writes every answer

Pitch never calls an AI provider itself. Every review, role-play line and answer goes through the family’s Ask, which is told the words are protected and keeps no copy.

See the apps

Model does the numbers

Model lays a person’s scenarios side by side, with figures from Snow AI Tax. Pitch turns its comparison into talking points and quotes every figure as Model wrote it.

About Model

Webinar and Forms hold the rest

A live lesson is a Webinar talk and a quiz is on Forms. Pitch links to them from the course, in order, beside everything else.

Questions

Before you start.

Anything else, write to support@snowai.app and a person will answer.

Does Pitch use AI?

Yes, through the family’s Ask, never an AI provider directly. Every prompt states what is wanted and the rules, and every answer is checked before anyone sees it. The examples on this page were written once and saved: this page never calls Ask.

What is kept, and what isn’t?

Courses, lessons, who is enrolled, progress, and practice answers with their scores are kept, so the teacher can see them. A role-play stays in the learner’s browser tab and is never stored. When another Snow AI app asks Pitch for help with a conversation, nothing sent is stored or logged.

Who can see a course?

The person who made it can change it, published or not. An enrolled learner can read it once it is published, and only its published lessons. To anyone else, it does not exist.

What can a lesson be?

A recorded video, a text, a live session (a talk on Snow AI Webinar), a quiz (on Snow AI Forms), or practice: one to ten objections to answer, and the client to role-play against.

Can Pitch coach collections calls?

Yes, within the FDCPA and Regulation F. A course with the collections rules never coaches a threat, a deadline that is not real, an amount nobody gave, or talking to anyone but the consumer, and it keeps the disclosure and the right to dispute. Pitch is coaching, not legal advice.

Does Pitch work out prices or tax figures?

No. Model does the numbers; Pitch does the words. When Pitch explains a Model comparison it quotes Model’s figures exactly, and a line with any figure Model did not give is not used.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is being set, and no figure is shown until it is final. Inside a Snow AI account, anything the account already has is not charged again.

How do learners join?

The teacher enrols each learner by the email they sign in with. Learners sign in with the Snow AI sign-in and find the course under My courses.

Practise the hard part first.

Build the course once. Your team practises the answers before the client asks the question.
